Job Description
Join Oracle’s North America Applications Operations Team supporting the Solution Engineering (SE) organization as our Business Operations Manager and help power the engine behind one of the most impactful presales teams in the tech industry. In this highly visible role, you’ll work directly with senior leadership to drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do
Be the right hand to SE leadership: Drive and coordinate executive leadership strategy, initiatives, and actionable analytics.
Lead with insight: Analyze key performance metrics, track business trends, and provide actionable recommendations that support our go-to-market strategy.
Own critical reporting: Develop and enhance dashboards, business reviews, headcount planning, and general operational support for the SE org.
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Act as a key liaison between SE leaders and our partners in Finance, Sales and Global Operations, Recruiting, HR, and others.
Manage strategic projects: Lead and contribute to initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, drive talent retention, and optimize workforce planning.
Support a high-performance culture: Assist with all-hands meetings, recognition programs, and internal engagement activities.
Responsibilities
What You Bring
8+ years of relevant experience in business operations, analytics, or a strategic support function
Advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization/presentation abilities (PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.)
Demonstrated success turning complex data into clear, compelling business insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident working with and presenting to executives
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Collaborative mindset and relationship-building skills across teams and departments
Familiarity with Oracle Sales Cloud or similar CRM systems preferred

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
