Job Description
As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. The Functional Lead in our Consulting Practice serves as an advisor to Clients implementing Oracle Solutions. This role is an expert in the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Applications which includes AR, RMCS, Collections, and Billing. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations while ensuring seamless integration of revenue recognition, collections, and billing processes. Qualified candidates will have 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Financial Applications and will have completed several end to end client implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Ideal candidates will also have experience in a variety of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Order to Cash workstream implementations from strategy to go-live.
Analyze client business requirements and experience in Oracle Cloud Financials to support:
Accounts Receivable (AR) – Invoicing, receipts, adjustments, and cash application.
Revenue Management Cloud Services (RMCS) – Revenue recognition under ASC 606/IFRS 15.
Collections – Dunning, dispute management, and automated collections strategies.
Billing – Contract-based, subscription-based, and consumption-based billing models.
Oversee integration of AR, RMCS, Collections, and Billing with other Oracle Cloud ERP modules (GL, AP, Projects).
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor/implementor for clients, providing expertise in revenue management, collections strategies, and billing transformation.
Lead client workshops to define business processes, conduct gap analysis, and recommend best practices.
Demonstrate Oracle Cloud capabilities through proof of concepts (POCs) and system walkthroughs.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align technology solutions with financial operations goals.
Developing long-lasting client relationships, proving yourself as a trusted advisor who our clients can depend on.
Practice Development & Team Leadership
Lead a team of Oracle Cloud consultants, providing mentorship and career development.
Develop accelerators and best practices for Oracle Cloud AR, RMCS, Collections, and Billing implementations as part of Firm Initiative.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud product releases and emerging financial technology trends.
Support business development activities, including pre-sales efforts, RFP responses, and client demos.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Oracle practice.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
