Oracle Director of CX Outbound Product Management for Revenue Transformation Suite in Topeka, Kansas
Job Description
Oracle's Customer Experience (CX) Outbound Product Management team seeks a Director to assume leadership for its Revenue Transformation Suite. This leadership position holds responsibility for facilitating a 20-25% growth in the $250MM product line’s strategic revenue over the subsequent two fiscal years.
This Director-level role will manage a team of product managers and marketers to accomplish the following business outcomes utilizing – and helping improve – Oracle CX products:
1. Increase the volume of qualified opportunities in our two primary markets, North America and EMEA, by 25% over the current level of 25% through the following:
Growth Strategy Definition: Use Oracle Unity to develop product line growth strategies to achieve product line growth benchmarks for the fiscal year (e.g. yearly Sales Plays and engineered campaigns) informed by in-depth analysis of the Oracle Apps install base.
Targeting and Qualification: Use Oracle Unity to help develop clear "good fit" qualification criteria for the product line that will guide positioning. Develop targeted content and campaigns using Oracle Guided Campaigns and Sales Orchestration for the global sales team to activate target markets and customers.
Whitespace and Install Base Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of whitespace of the customer install base utilizing Unity CDP to monitor success and identify trends within strategic growth areas.
Performance Tracking and Improvement: Ensure effective tracking and continuous improvement of business objectives through regular analysis of product line performance (e.g. sales pipeline, time-to-close), user interactions, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
2. Accelerate opportunity win rates by 20% over FY25 benchmark by increasing sales productivity & effectiveness for product line with clear product value articulation:
Field Enablement: Increase product content utilization 50% each quarter in FY26 (track views, shares, downloads of content utilized in Sales Orchestration, SharePoint and Seismic).
Campaign Content and Execution: Understand and continually optimize opportunity lifecycle progression for the product line sales plays and develop content mapped to the Sales Orchestration processes that align best to the product line’s growth objectives.
Customer references: Develop a steady pipeline of customer references for Products and References, representative of the ideal customer profiles for the product line and manage approvals for external use in engineered campaigns.
Competitive intelligence: Conduct 1 quarterly deep dive per product line into 1 key competitor, analyzing their roadmap and GTM; feed insights back into field to help progress opportunity win rates.
3. Shape market perception to boost opportunity win rates through strategic content and thought leadership:
Yearly Statement of Direction: Lead the development of the product line’s yearly Statement of Direction.
Market Thought Leadership: Conceptualize and deliver compelling OCW keynotes and sessions, including presentations and demonstrations, to establish market thought leadership.
Compelling Website Content: Write clear, compelling web copy in the new Apex Website Builder that supports product value articulation. Measure the quality of the content on defined engagement criteria (e.g. clicks, views).
Analyst and Media Strategy: Lead the development of the product line’s 12-month Analyst and Media strategy and earn leadership position in most influential evaluations.
4. Boost opportunity win rates through proactive engagement and expert guidance in customer and deal Interactions:
Subject Matter Expertise and Advisory: Serve as a highly sought-after subject matter expert and trusted advisor for customers, sales, marketing, and partners.
Strategic Deal Engagement: Actively engage with the top 5 global deals on a quarterly basis, providing strategic guidance and support.
Market and Customer Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the CX/CRM domain, particularly in areas closely integrated with back-office functions (e.g., CPQ, Subscriptions, Commerce).

Experience Requirements:
5+ years of progressively responsible experience in product strategy, product marketing, or product management, preferably within a software or technology environment.
Demonstrates curiosity, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach with an interest in entrepreneurial thinking.
Familiarity with the CX/CRM domain and an understanding of how different business functions integrate (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service). Exposure to areas like CPQ, Subscriptions, or Commerce is a plus.
Ability to articulate product and solution benefits in terms of how they can help customers and impact their business.
Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation), with the potential to develop and deliver engaging content.
Developing leadership and team collaboration skills.
Awareness of industry trends and a desire to learn about relevant verticals such as telecommunications, high-tech manufacturing, financial services, or distribution.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent hands-on experience in related disciplines.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
