Ocean Community Economic Action Now, Inc. DBA: OCEAN Inc. Accounts Payable in Toms River, New Jersey
Accounts Payable Staff will be in charge of making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills, and recording the company's short-term debts. This position requires candidates to have a minimum of a High School Diploma/Equivalent. Previous experience in accounting will be preferred. Ideal candidates will have experience with current computer accounting programs (Financial Edge preferred) and reporting tools. Candidates must be detailed oriented, deadline driven, exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This position is Part Time and may lead to Full Time in the future. Eligible PT paid time off. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and transportation. Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds with standing, stooping, lifting, etc. Candidates will be required to have a Background Check with Fingerprinting and CARI Clearance.
