We're hiring a Junior Financial Analyst for a 6-month contract to join our team in Tolochenaz.

In this role, you'll report directly to the Finance Manager and you'll play a crucial part in supporting our expanding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting to management

• Develop and maintain financial projections for various business cases

• Support budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making

• Help with treasury and currency levels monitoring

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis

• Contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:

• Conduct functional and compliance tests

• Document finance-related procedures

• Provide support and training to end-users

• Prepare various ad hoc analyses as needed

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis or similar role

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Attention to detail, reliability, and proactive self-starter

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other ERP systems is a plus

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is an asset
