Job Title: Welder
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Rework Welders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for grinding parts, reworking, and rewelding components that come off the production line. You will handle parts and assess if they can be reworked or need to be discarded. You will utilize hand grinders and decide whether to use MIG or TIG welding techniques, with a preference for candidates experienced in TIG welding. Your duties will also include reading blueprints, engaging in both production and job shop welding, and general shop cleanup tasks.
