Under Amazon Logistics (AMZL), Last Mile program team is looking for Delivery Service Partner (DSP)/ Delivery Associate (DA) lifecycle manager.

This role will be engaged in managing programs, controls, and processes etc. related to our partners and their drivers through their lifecycles and their continuous improvement.

This role oversees all the processes and proactively finds opportunities for improvement and proposes appropriate actions and controls, and lead the activities and projects through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders including worldwide team.

This role also manages new change proposals affecting DSP and DA lifecycles and reviews from legal and compliance perspective and supports the new proposals being implemented smoothly.

Key job responsibilities

・ Manage programs, controls, and processes in last mile product lifecycles. This includes proactively finding opportunity areas for improvement and propose action and lead them as agreed, seeking the best effectiveness and efficiency

・ Monitor new change proposals affecting last mile product lifecycle from legal/compliance perspectives and provide adequate advice and support for change requester for enabling them to take necessary actions for smooth implementation through collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

・ Lead cross-national features assessment project which reviews both existing and new programs/ processes with stakeholders and recommend necessary action items including mitigation or overhaul for improvement and provide support for on time completion

・ Closely align with worldwide team in project and develop narratives and reports for leadership about project update, new proposals and support required

・ Lead activities for new change implementation through collaborating and coordinating with change requester, tech, communication team and other internal and external stakeholders

・ Assist cross-program initiatives through collaborating with other program teams in AMZL such as HubDP, AMXL etc.

This is a hands-on low-ego team that works closely and collaboratively to improve and always propose a new way of working, with a high degree of mutual trust and support. We get things done, together!

You do NOT need a background in Logistics. You DO need the logical, rational thinking, skills to control complex projects with high judgement decisions, clear communication style, stakeholders management and ability to make recommendation required to convince a business partner and leadership that the strategy and action YOU are recommending is the right one. We recognize that the experience required for this role likely doesn't exist within traditional logistic companies, and we therefore welcome forward-thinking program managers, project managers and product managers from a wide variety of experiences and backgrounds to consider this role.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
