Amazon is looking for a JP R2O Lead and DSP Recruiting Manager who will establish an R2O strategy in JP working closely with the EU’s R2O team and execution plans to acquire partners with entrepreneur mindset. R2O, which stands for Road to Ownership, is an entrepreneur development program which drives lead generation of quality DSPs while providing the career development opportunities. This role also manages annual DSP recruiting targets and establishes robust processes that enable recruitment of high quality partners at speed and scale while retaining positive candidate experience.
The successful candidate in this role is a goal-driven, process focused with continuous improvement mindset and highly motivated individual. The candidate has proven history of project management with ability to manage multiple projects, excellent communication skills and is able to articulate compelling value proposition. The candidate has an ability to navigate in highly ambiguous situations and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate works well with internal and external contacts and understand the questions and concerns and properly address and demonstrated openness to new idea and embrace outside of the box thinking.

Key job responsibilities
Drive an R2O strategy as a JP program lead and build a robust execution plan to acquire targeted partners.
Lead all aspects of R2O program, including lead generation, curriculum, working with external vendors, implementation of internal training, communication and preparation for events.
Build partnership with EU's R2O team and meet with them in regular cadence.
Treat candidates as customers, keep them engaged and ensure positive candidate experience.
Work closely with JP's marketing manager to plan marketing plans and budgets.
Take ownership of the team’s annual DSP recruiting targets and DSP acquisition pipeline, from lead to offer acceptance. Identify recruiting risks and propose counter measures.
Work closely with wide range of stakeholders to ensure launch readiness before the candidate is finalized and escalate for support to remove any blockers.
Plan and implement acquisition initiatives to convert lead to application with high quality prospects into the pipeline.
Own the recruiting KPIs and build a mechanism to provide complete view of candidate status and launch forecast to stakeholders and leaders with valuable insights.
Regularly review the recruitment process and enhance processes and guidelines to ensure compliance and bar raising partners into network.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of account or relationship management, small business logistics, or retail/vendor/supplier management experience
Bachelor's degree
Business level in Japanese and English (verbal and written)
Experience with working with internal and external stakeholders / customers
Preferred Qualifications
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
