・お客様のビジネスおよびITの課題をヒアリングし、それを解決するソリューションの提案および実現するITアーキテクチャの検討、提案を行います。

・ソリューションおよびITアー-----------------------------テクチャの実現に向けたロードマップを策定し提案します。

Responsibilities

お客様のビジネスおよびITの課題を解決することを第一に考え、オラクルの技術、サービスを活用したお客様に適した解決方法を提案します。

Must/ 必須のキャリア、スキル、資格など

・ビジネスパートナーとしてお客様ビジネスや社会に貢献する意欲

・Cクラスへのプレゼンテーションスキル

・IT業界での職務経験10年以上

・口頭および記述によるコミュニケーション・スキルを踏まえて、お客様と会話し、リードできる人

・オンプレミスシステムのクラウド移行（または移行検討）の経験

・クラウドやオンプレミスでのソリューションの設計や活用に関するコンサルティング

・アーキテクチャ設計に関する知識と経験

・特定業界に対する深い知識

・お客様の真の課題を捉え、お客様を正しい方向に導くことができる推進力・経験

・クラウドを含むオラクルソリューションを軸にお客様のシステム要求を具現化できる技術力・経験

・オラクルおよび競合他社のソリューションに関する特定の知識

・Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) または他社クラウド製品の設計

・オラクルの業界ソリューションに関する知識

・次のようなアーキテクチャフレームワークの知識。 TOGAF、IAF、DYA、クラウドコンピューティング、仮想化、ディザスタリカバリ、ビッグデータ、Javaアプリケーション、OracleおよびOracle以外のアプリケーションを含むアーキテクチャアプローチに関する詳細な知識。

・実装方法論とベストプラクティスに関する深い知識

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
