IHG Bar Manager (Food Beverage department )バーマネージャー/ ANA InterContinental Tokyo in Tokyo, Japan
Manage the Bar/ Lounge operation of the hotel to ensure the achievement of established beverage quality and guest service quality standards and department revenue profit goals.
[Duties and Responsibilities]
-Deliver F&B service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
-Develop departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit
-Communicate to the supervisor any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
-Delivers daily briefings and attends other F&B meetings as scheduled
-Deliver prepared training sessions in line with a departmental monthly calendar

-毎日のブリーフィングを行い、予定通りその他のF&Bミーティングに出席する。
-部門の月間カレンダーに沿って、準備されたトレーニングセッションを提供する。
