Are you ready for an exciting new leadership opportunity? We invite you to join one of the most successful international logistics organizations globally, Kuehne+Nagel. Our TLALNEPANTLA site is looking for a new HR Manager to join our CONTRACT LOGISTICS HUMAN RESOURCES team.

Your Role

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER * Ensuring the Kuehne+Nagel experience with colleagues and internal customers in Contract Logistics. * Promoting the continuous development with colleagues, aligned with internal policies. * Dealing with Trade Union * Review maintaining an exact payroll * Ensuring the implementation of procedures in HR area.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in the assigned business unit/location.

  2. Ensure strategic collaboration between areas and/or departments for the purpose of meeting business objectives.

  3. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of the work environment in the different business units assigned.

4. Coordinate in conjunction with their direct reports, communication & motivation strategies, consultation, and recognition of staff (climate surveys, communication plan, organizational events, etc.).

5. Coordinate the execution of Human Resources processes in the assigned business unit/location, implementing continuous improvement actions for the benefit of the business.

  1. Develop and implement strategies in line with HR indicators. Generate improvement action plans according to the business vision.

  2. Manage in conjunction with your team, the correct and timely execution of the life cycle processes of the employees: onboarding, termination, payroll, vacation control, compensation & benefits, talent & performance management, training.

  3. Actively participate in audits of assigned business unit/location.

  4. Serve as a strategic business partner, advising the leaders.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Experience+5 years as HR Manager or a similar role.

  • Knowledge: compensationsand benefits, recruitment, law regulations (LFT), payroll, and negotiation withactive labor unions.

  • Experiencecollaborating with senior leadership tounderstand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing,recruiting, and retention.

  • Skills: excellentinterpersonal and negotiation, attention to detail, strong analytical andproblem-solving, strong supervisory leadership, ability to adapt to the needs of the organization, able towork in teams effectively. Able to express your ideas clearly in Englishlanguage.
