Your role at Clorox:

Join our team! The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative support for the end-to-end US recruiting process. We are seeking a highly organized team player who will provide exceptional coordination support to the team. This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team within People Operations and is integral to driving our recruitment strategy to attract the best talent for our business while ensuring a quality experience for all candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you will:

  • Handle administrative and operational tasks throughout the recruitment process with attention to detail and proactive follow-up.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while managing high volume interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and pre-boarding.

  • Initiate and monitor background check packages using our background vendor – Sterling.

  • Facilitate communication between recruiters, US based candidates, and US basedhiring managers (scheduling interviews, monitoring background checks, I-9 activities, etc.).

  • Improve workflow efficiencies and streamline processes, partnering with the TA Team to support key talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Take ownership of day-to-day interactions between the talent team and candidates.

  • Use ATS software to track and document all candidate interactions.

  • Oversee smooth and compliant talent acquisition operations.

  • Manage vendor contracts, including initial execution, expiration dates, and renewals.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 2+ years of work experience within TA/HR in a Recruiting Analyst/TA Specialist/TA Coordinator role.

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM (Applicant Tracking Systems) – global TA workflows and interview scheduling processes.Experience using Workday or a similar CRM would be an advantage.

  • 2+ years of experience with background check systems and processes.

  • A passion for talent acquisition is essential, as is providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment program life cycle.

  • Strong previous experience in a similar support role, either in recruitment or administration.

  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Highly organized with efficient work processes.
