At Danfoss Drives , we are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Gråsten . You will be part of a dynamic and cross-functional environment where collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will lead and support your production team, ensuring smooth operations, high performance, and strong alignment with logistics, planning, and quality functions.
Job Responsibilities
As Production Supervisor, you will take operational responsibility for one or more production areas. Your main mission is to ensure that daily operations run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with customer demands. You will serve as the key link between shop floor execution and management, acting as a motivator, problem-solver, and coach for your team.
Key tasks include:
Leading, coaching, and developing production teams to achieve KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, and cost).
Coordinating daily production schedules and resources in close cooperation with planners and technicians.
Driving improvements in productivity, flow, and efficiency across your area.
Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Supporting onboarding, training, and development of operators and apprentices.
Acting as the first point of contact for technical or process-related challenges during shifts.
Monitoring performance metrics and participating in audits, reviews, and improvement projects.
Collaborating closely with other departments including logistics, planning, maintenance, and engineering.

We are looking for someone who has:
A background in production, manufacturing, logistics, or operations.
Experience as a team leader, shift supervisor, or similar leadership role in a production setting.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage team members at all levels.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage) and good proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
