Lead a crew of employees on construction job sites in Tillamook County. Must have construction experience. Vice Construction is looking for a hardworking, motivated Lead to join our team. If hired, you\'ll be an integral part of our crew, leading construction workers to repair and build homes. The duties and responsibilities of a lead are all geared toward maintaining a clean, safe and efficient construction site while also directing laborers to complete a project in a timely manner. The list of duties and responsibilities for a laborer on any given day may include the following: Cleaning and preparing construction sites. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Operating power tools. Giving instructions to others and implementing construction plans. Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties. Must be able to read and use a tape measure. Must be able to climb ladders and not be afraid of heights. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to lead a team of others employees.
