•Coordinate Maintenance direct reports.
•Plan and execute preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
•Ensure facility maintenance is provided adequately and in a timely manner. •Identify corrective maintenance in a timely manner.
•Coordinate projects related to extensions, modifications, service installation, equipment and machinery.
•Maintain a close relation with the industrial park where the plants are located.
•Outsource maintenance services.
•Manage budget and purchases of spare parts and required tools.
•Generate requisitions for third party services in a timely manner
. •Control OT in the group.
•Participate with the industrial park
•Process building permits that are required upon government agencies.
