Envista Holdings Corporation Regional Inside Sales Representative (USA - Remote) in Thousand Oaks, California

Job Description:

Focusing on outbound calling and reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Regional Inside Sales Representative (RISR) will contact specific customers and prospects to attain or surpass budgeted growth by selling and promoting Implant Direct products, services, training and professional education programs. The role will focus on account management of key accounts and securing new business within assigned territories. Furthermore, the role will be charged with providing solutions-oriented customer service in a manner that is consistent with the organization’s code of conduct and the industry’s regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets through the effective nurturing of current customers and conversion of competitors.

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

  • Manage and record customer complaint issues in accordance with company policies

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

  • Creating and maintaining a CRM database of current and potential customers.

  • Placing orders and managing accounts through our ERP.

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

  • Staying informed about competing products and services.

  • Managing inbound leads to identify growth opportunities and answer customer inquiries.

  • Attend company-sponsored training on product and sales techniques and industry trends.

  • Co-travels and customer visits, as needed.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Associate degree in Business or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 2-3 years in B2B and/or customer-interfacing sales experience. Prior experience and/or knowledge of dentistry and dental implant industry a plus. 1 year experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Ability to work from home within a quiet/stable environment. Flexibility to relocate within Region or North America after 2-3 years of success in role. Must have a strong phone presence, be assertive, be confident and be able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt style to changing markets and technology. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess an entrepreneurial, relationship-building mindset with a high standard for attention to detail, listening, probing, and follow-through. Capacity to comprehend and relay highly technical information. Ability to think creatively about problem solving issues.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

$25.30 - $30.10 per hour
