Work with the latest technologies and techniques in the aviation industry to source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate logistics. You'll ensure we have what we need to service our customers.
As a Mechanic, you'll repair engine components and parts.
What you'll do:
Inspect engine modules and engine components. Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality. Use hand and air tools such as pneumatic grinder and restoration hammer. Willingness to learn and to understand cause and effects of each function within the process. Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations.
Position Requirements
Ability to read and interpret manuals and work instructions. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Team player and engage well with members to achieve common goals.
Preferred Characteristics
Ability to understand and to restore aviation engine part to original integrity and dimensions Knowledge of using measuring devices such as Caliper and Micrometer. Comprehensive understanding of inspection of complex parts, ability to provide guidance as they arise. Read and understand technical manuals. Minimum of 2 years job related training/experience.
