Role and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and testing of WiFi software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable WiFi software solutions.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Drive innovation in WiFi technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and integrating new features into our software products.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality and reliable software releases.
Work closely with project managers to define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Technical Skills
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in WiFi software development.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Embedded C
In-depth knowledge of WiFi protocols, security protocols , standards, and technologies.
Experience with wireless networking, including understanding of RF principles.
Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Desired Skills
Prior experience in IoT or embedded systems development is a plus.
