Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions.
Develop algorithms for digital signal processing
Perform data augmentation to improve the quality and diversity of training data.
Performance analysis and fine tuning of AI models and identify areas for improvement.
Tune and optimize model hyper parameters to achieve optimal performance.
Implement AI performance tuning techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
Document code, models, and experiments effectively.
Recommend best practices and standardize experiment management
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Strong Knowledge in Statistics, Linear Algebra and Calculus
Proficient in Python/C++ eco-system, Matlab (optional).
Strong knowledge in state-of-the-art AI/ML models/algorithms and their applications in real-world problems.
Solid understanding of image and signal processing algorithms.
Solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
Experience with data augmentation techniques (images, signals, time series etc.).
Experience with performance analysis and model tuning tools / methodologies.
Proficient in popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow,
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Experience with SDLC and excellent debugging skills.
Experience with MLOPs, Model Deployment (Containerized, as a Service)
Experience with integrating AI/ML models with end user workflows
Desired Skills:
Healthcare/Life Sciences domain expertise and standards.
Experience in Laboratory Systems & related Workflow.
Able to recommend best practices and standardize ML training and deployment
Experience in translating mathematical models to machine models
Experience:
B.E or ME in Computer Science or Electronics with experience in image/signal processing
Minimum 5 years’ experience in AI/ML methodologies (Statistical methods, Deep Learning, Neural Networks)
6-9 years of software development using AI/ML technologies
