As the Head of our Execution Center, you will build and scale a dynamic team of engineers, project managers, supply chain, and technical experts. Your primary responsibility be the execution of EAD solution projects and provide cutting-edge global support in a network of strong international collaboration.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop the execution center’s strategic vision aligned with Siemens Energy’s EAD global objectives.
Establish reliable and state-of-the art processes to enhance efficient and high quality in project execution.
Drive global standardization and productivity improvements.
Strategic workforce planning based on global EAD strategy and business outlook.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, ensuring their professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Promote cross-functional collaboration across different disciplines.
You make no compromises in Employee Health and Safety, Compliance and good leadership practices.
Technical Excellence:
Oversee the design, development, and testing of electrification and automation systems and solutions in Process Industries and the Maritime Industry.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Budget and Resource Management:
Manage assigned project scope withing milestones and budget.
Balance resource utilization to secure engineering center’s budget.
Optimize operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Process, or related field).
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in technical and engineering leadership roles within the energy sector.
Know-How in the field of engineering and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation.
Track record in intercultural work experience
Willingness to travel
