Xerox Business Solutions - Southwest is hiring a Sales Manager to lead an outside sales. Preferred location is Houston, but we are also open to candidates in Austin and San Antonio.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and motivate a team of individual contributors

  • Manage a budget multi-million dollar annual budget with double digit growth

  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure target sales goals and profit objectives are achieved

  • Plan and implement recurring team meetings and trainings to provide cohesive approach to revenue targets

  • Facilitate account development strategies on target accounts to drive net new business

  • Coach, train and develop strategies to maximize market potential, grow net new business and upsell in current client accounts

  • Submit accurate monthly forecasts

  • Manage daily/weekly sales activity by reviewing team performance pipeline and activity

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience leading a profitable sales team a must

  • Track record of producing results

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Office technology industry experience preferred
