This role manages 2-4 direct reports and will be responsible for partnering with assigned functional leaders within the Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) function, with overhead budget responsibilities of $160M annually. The manager will lead their team and work with the functional stakeholders during the AOP and forecast updates, ensuring all deliverables are reviewed for accuracy and submitted on time. This role allows for high visibility during various monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with their assigned Functional Leadership teams, as well as OSC Finance Leadership.

What You Will Do

  • Own AOP and forecasting process for assigned functions including month-end close deliverables, while ensuring accuracy & completeness of data.

  • Work with functional teams to support various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual finance deliverables including Monthly Forecast Reviews, variance reporting, Risk & Opportunity management, and forecast updates.

  • Support and delegate frequent ad-hoc requests both from finance and functional partners.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic

  • Typically requires 8+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 5+ years prior relevant experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Experience in leading/driving results with various functional disciplines.

  • U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with various functions and levels of management.

  • Strong attention to detail & ability to analyze complex financial scenarios.

  • Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
