About You and this Role

We have an exciting opportunity to jump start your career asSupply Chain Rotational Program SpecialistinTerneuzen,The Netherlands.

The selected candidates will be located at the Dow Diamond Center, Dow’s Supply Chain Hub for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and India, in Terneuzen (the Netherlands). This hub is positioned alongside Dow’s second-largest manufacturing site worldwide, in close proximity to the Belgian border. The Supply Chain Rotational Program

The Supply Chain Rotational Program is designed to provide exposure and accelerate the development of the next generation of Supply Chain talent, fostering innovation within our company.

  • Dive into two roles over two years across Supply Chain Planning & Improvement, Logistics Operations, or Customer Service Improvement to gain hands-on experience, broaden knowledge, discover interests, and strengthen your professional skill set.

  • Operate at the forefront of innovation, digitalization, and sustainability by collaborating across Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

  • Engage in cross-functional projects while establishing your network and seeking mentorship for ongoing career growth.

  • Tailored rotations align with organizational needs and your background, offering potential for a permanent role in one of the Integrated Supply Chain areas upon program completion.

Qualifications

  • A recent or soon-to-be master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.

  • Less than 2 years of professional working experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Talent for data interpretation, problem-solving and improvement mindset.

  • Open-minded and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.

  • Independent and motivated to take ownership and accountability.

  • Motivated to continuously learn and develop yourself.

What comes next?

  • Application– Submit your application before the application deadline (3rd of May 2024). We’re aiming to inform you within 2 weeks after your application.

  • Digital interview– Join an exploratory conversation with one of our recruiters to learn more about the program.

  • Assessment Days– If you’re selected to proceed to the next round, you’ll be invited for our virtual assessment days. These consists of 3 interviews, 1 individual case study and 1 group business game, which will take place end of May 2024.

  • Decision– Within a couple of days of the assessment days, you’ll hear if you’ve been selected for a spot within the program. The preferred start date is beginning of September 2024, exact dates will be defined in agreement with the selected candidates.
