Jupiter-Tequesta A/C, Plumbing & Electric doing business as FPL Home Services is looking for an Assistant Home Services Operations Manager to join their tean in Jupiter Tequesta, Riviera Beach, FL

Job Overview

This job is responsible for managing the accuracy and efficiency for residential work assignments of technicians. Leaders in this role provide supervision, planning, organization, and direction to residential HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians and other support personnel.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages technicians for accuracy of work and level of customer satisfaction

  • Supports technicians and provides guidance when needed

  • Provides sales and technical training to technicians, including mentorship of new technicians, across all disciplines

  • Secures business development opportunities and professionally fosters beneficial relationships, which lead to increased sales

  • Resolves customer related issues satisfactorily

  • Standardizes work through the development of processes and procedures across all disciplines

  • Serves as the Adminstrator of field technician software, including managing access/permissions, updating pricing/other inputs, and recommending changes to business practices to take advantage of system capabilities for efficiency and effectiveness

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED

  • Experience: 7+ years

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years

  • Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)

  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
