Customer Service Representative

Globally recognized Fortune 5 eCommerce company is currently hiring for a Call Center Representative. On a day-to-day basis, this role will be acting as a Remote Gate Agent supporting thousands of delivery drivers all across the country and using a two-way Audio/Video communication to verify & identify any necessary specifications on trucks and processes This role will be coordinating, communicating, and providing updates on a daily basis to all parties involves in the arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers.

We are looking for candidates that are comfortable working in a repetitive duty role, extremely detail-oriented, can work in a fast-paced high metrics based environment, and with high sense of urgency and quick learners. This team is able to take on all gate operations and allow those associates onsite to focus on the daily operations that need to be completed. On a daily basis, you will be handling around 200 calls per day, so an excellent and clear communication skills are a must.

(Position Details)

Schedule – Varies. Will include 2 weekend days. 6:00 AM or 8:30 AM MST Start Time. (Thursday - Monday, Friday - Tuesday, Saturday - Wednesday...etc.)

Location – Tempe, AZ (100% Onsite)

Contract Duration - 4 Month Contract To Start with HIGH Potential for Conversion to FTE

(Must Have Qualifications)

  • 1-2+ years of high volume call center or high-volume customer support experience.

  • Must not be job hoppy

  • Must be comfortable working 2 weekends

  • Must be comfortable handling repetitive tasks

  • Must be able to support working on Holidays

  • Must be very comfortable working in a fast-paced, high metric-based environment

  • High detail-orientation with a high sense of urgency
