Wells Fargo Business Relationship Support Representative - Merchant Services in TEMPE, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Representative in Customer Lending under Merchant Services.
In this role, you will:
Provide support through email and phone for customer accounts
Open and follow through on escalation tickets through 3rd party vendor as needed
Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
Oversee overall customer experience
Assist in financial statement analysis for non-complex relationships
Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
Evaluate profitability and risk of designated portfolio
Help with customer associated risk management
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders
Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Merchant Services experience
Credit Card processing experience
Ability to partner as a team member resource
Ability to act as a subject matter expert
Ability to conduct default operations research
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Customer Service experience
