The W. P. Carey School of Business is looking to hire aGraduate Programs Student Services Support Coordinatorto coordinate graduate business programs including event and program management, daily operations and student retention strategies under the direction and guidance of the Associate Director.\ \ You will join a high-performing team of professionals in a position that cultivates the development, implementation, and evaluation of support services and events designed to ensure student academic success and engagement. This role specifically supports several of theChina programs portfolioincluding the DBA programs delivered in China, however is based in Tempe, Arizona.\ \ It requires someone who can be aware of, and responsive to, students\' needs and concerns in a service-oriented work environment with professional communication and confidentiality. This position is part of the larger Program Operations team working together to provide the best customer service necessary to build and maintain strong relations with graduate students and internal customers. Theprimary responsibilitiesof this position include graduate student support, faculty support, support of travel planning, thesis formatting and execution of communications and daily operations of the academic program(s).\ \ \ With a flexible schedule to meet your work/life balance needs and those of your program, including a hybrid or remote schedule, the Coordinator is responsible for executing program strategies, advising doctoral business students, tracking academic progress, understanding of academic schedules, faculty support, processing expenses and disbursements in accordance with the program budget, event execution and project management.\ \ If you enjoy helping others succeed in a higher education environment, value a team-based approach and appreciate variety in the work you do, this may be the role for you.
