Job Duties:Lead day-to-day legal operations of a US-Israeli company and provide counsel on issues related to transactions, corporate legal strategy, employment law, compliance, data security,corporate governance, commercial contracts, financings, intellectual property, and dispute resolution;Develop, implement and lead UVeye’s global legal function and provide strategic legal advice to management on cross company issues including U.S. and Israeli law;Draft, review and approve all company agreements in the U.S. and Israel, including key agreements relating to customers, partnership arrangements, suppliers and vendors;Develop and support corporate policies, procedures, and programs, as well as compliance with data privacy laws, and regulations in the U.S. and Israel;Anticipate and identify any changes to existing or proposed U.S. or Israel regulations or laws and develop effective strategies and solutions to mitigate any risk/impact to UVeye;Provide counsel and oversight for all disputes, selecting and supervising outside counsel;Advise on labor and employment matters.Requirements:J.D. degree or foreign equivalent; 5 years of professional experience as a practicing attorney at a law firm or in-house in the fields of corporate and/or commercial law in the technology industry;5 years of experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements; Admitted to practice law in NY or NJ; Eligible for NJ limited in-house counsel license, if not admitted in NJ; Admitted to practice law in Israel; CIPP/US certification;
