The Lodge of Taylors Falls is hiring an Administrative Assistant!

  • Day Shift - Monday-Friday

  • Part-time - 40 hours bi-weekly

  • Provide administrative support for the facilities - answering of phones, facility tours, billing, deposits, facility event calendars, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Job Responsibilities

  • This position provides administrative assistance such as clerical functions, general support and customer service, as assigned, in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards and procedures.

  • Accurately completes clerical functions; including data entry, typing, copying, faxing and filing in a timely manner. Answers and directs calls in a professional and timely manner and accurately records messages.

  • Prepares outgoing mail and parcels for shipping.

  • Sorts and delivers mail in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.

  • Records, processes and maintains accurate meeting minutes and distributes to appropriate employees.

  • Maintain filing system.

  • Completes quality improvement audits as assigned.


  • Completion of an office management class and previous experience preferred.

  • Typing, data entry, filing, problem solving and telephone skills, professionalism and communication skills.

  • Computer knowledge required.
