Are you passionate about supporting and optimizing warehouse operations and processes? Join us as a Warehouse Support Specialist and help build the iconic LEGO® bricks loved by millions worldwide!

Core Responsibilities:

• Taking to ownership ofreviewingtheWarehouseprocessesto prevent safetyorquality issues.

• Seekingthe overall needs of the businessandconnecting dotstomake clear proposal of changesin processesorfinalizingprocesses which are not clearly defined.

• Supporting daily Warehouse businessto work more efficiently.

• Driving root cause andproblem solvingactivities in Warehousetoeliminatereoccurring troubles.

• Going beyond Warehouseops. responsibilitiesto provide the best possibleand effective service to customers (internal/external).

• Supporting new process implementation by goodand clearcommunication.

• Collaborates withall departments as Packing, Moulding, Planning, Procurement.

Logisticwithin factory isof the keyplayerto support all production departments. It starts withreceiving ofmaterial, storage of material in the warehouse, supplying production lines and loading the finished products which goes to distribution center.

Do you have what it takes?

• Graduated from college – in any field.

• Min. 3yearsexperienceinwarehousingorlogistics.

• Greatcommunicationsskills.

• Experience with lean and/or continuous improvement and its tools.

• Collaboration / stakeholder management.

• Autonomous and self-driven.

• Ability to solve complex problems– LEAN experience.

• Understands how a manufacturing company works.

• MSOffice - advanced.

• Openness and willingness to learn.

• Advanced in English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

• Experiencewithproject management.

• Experience in similar position.
