South Pacific Petroleum Corporation Petroleum Engineer in Tamuning, Guam
[Candidate will be responsible for Management of SPPC's Cabras Distribution Terminal's Facility Maintenance, Repair and Construction ensuring Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance. Responsibilities shall include, but is not limited to; [-Supervision of Preventative, Routine, and Repair Maintenance. [-Supervision of third-party contractors and service providers and enforcing Safe Operations and Responsibilities (SOAR) compliance. [-Performing cost analyses, seek bids, select contractors/vendors for capital and expense projects. [-Leading implementation of SOAR systems and action items. [-Administering SPPC Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Work Orders. [-Supervision of immediate reports and performing annual performance appraisals.
