Citigroup Transformation - Program Analytics & Reporting - VP in Tampa, Florida

The Program Analytics & Reporting lead will be part of the HR Transformation PMO team supporting firm-wide implementation of the Enterprise Workforce Management Transformation efforts and be responsible for maintaining data quality and program reporting to support the Head of HR Transformation PMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages reporting of multi-faceted program or multiple projects at the same time.

  • Owns consolidated program reporting and data quality leveraging expertise to implement streamline program tracking reporting across book of work

  • Organizes new challenges and drive business results.

  • Uses best practice PMO methodology to create and maintain updates to consolidated project plan and manages program change control

  • Works closely with PMO team and wider Transformation PMO to proactively update and maintain PMO pack and reports including: PMO Status updates, Regulatory Mapping, RAID Logs, steering committees

  • Support ad-hoc PMO reporting requirements as required by Head of HR Transformation PMO

  • Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports.

  • Constantly improving PMO reporting capability and transparency

  • Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming

  • Articulates problems, bring the right people together to solve problems and know when the problem has been properly addressed and closed.

  • Promotes partner involvement through effectively reporting project status

  • Communicates to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues.

  • Proactively follows escalation and change control processes.

  • Owns all management reports on a given engagement.

  • Promotes good working relationships across a project, cultivating the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among all of a project's stakeholders: its sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and the project team members.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of project management reporting experience

  • PMP certification strongly preferred

  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.

  • Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

  • Manage client expectations and escalate to manager where required.

  • Expert in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Proficient PTS2.0

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
