Summary: Maintain building equipment and infrastructure essential for the operation of the company and its employees.â?¯ Provides technical direction/assistance of the daily functions of the facility when Manager is not available.â?¯ Assists in coordinating and managing of contractors (plumbing, electrician, Air Conditioning, etc.).

Duties & Responsibilities: coordination, schedule and complete Work Order requests by customers. Perform preventive maintenance or repair on HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other essentialâ?¯building systems. Perform preventive maintenance on other equipment including forklifts, passenger lifts, lighting, hydraulic equipment, fountains, and pumps.

 Installation of floor to ceiling modular wall systems. Storage and transporting Hazardous Materials. Trouble Shooting Skills. Operate Fork/Boom Lifts. Interpret HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical schematic drawings. Install and de-install modular systems furniture. Coordinate and supervise Contract help (i.e. --janitorial services, plumbing, electrical work, air conditioning, etc.)

Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.

 Must possess a Journeyman's level of knowledge in Electrical Distribution and HVAC systems. Must have 5 -- 7 years' work experience in the following areas: Preventive maintenance: Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical repairs, Painting, Machine servicing, Vehicle servicing . Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Must be computer literate and have basic working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Must have the ability to work with and understand computerized HVAC and Fire Alarm control systems. Must be capable of installing floor to ceiling modular wall systems. Must have the ability to perform preventive maintenance on company vehicles. Must possess Excellent problem-solving ability. Must be able to communicate with all levels of staff within CAE. Must possess a valid State of Florida Driver's License. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. An Electricians, plumbing, general contractors or equivalent related certification is preferred. Must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance
