Position Summary:
Oversees and performs the troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installations of Dematic (automated) system, refrigeration and cooling systems, air compressors, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and apparatus, basic maintenance, repairs and installations on various equipment, as well as, maintain, replace, build, adjust and modify the facilities, buildings and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non-emergency situations. Observes all safety regulations and ensures quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Coordinates Maintenance work for assigned area. May provide Maintenance Trainee training. Relieves Maintenance personnel for breaks. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
Repair and maintenance of MHE including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc.
Completes preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
Use electrical test equipment to troubleshoot electrical circuitry.
Create and close work orders into asset management system with appropriate data to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
Troubleshoot conveyance problems and understand resources needed to resolve them.
Locate and track spare parts from inventory.
Performs complex maintenance and equipment testing to ensure they meet specifications.
Provides assistance with training fellow associates to operate equipment.
Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to solve them.
Maintaining maintenance shop in a clean and orderly manner. Keeps accurate maintenance records and is financially prudent with all expenses incurred.
Follows all safety standards and policies.
Performs all needed general maintenance and repairs for grounds, warehouse, shop and office facilities.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organizations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
2 - 4 years experience in automated system maintenance related to warehouse and/or production environment.
2 - 4 years in HVAC maintenance, material handling equipment maintenance and general maintenance and repairs for large warehouse, fleet shop and office facilities.

4+ years experience in automated maintenance warehouse and/or production environment including DMS (Dematic Multi Shuttle System) and other conveyor systems
4+ years in HVAC maintenance, material handling equipment maintenance and general maintenance and repairs for large warehouse, fleet shop and office facilities.
Previous Foodservice distribution and warehousing industry experience.
OSHA Forklift operator certificate; HVAC certification; ammonia refrigerant training and certification
