$40/hr - $42/hr

Grow your career as an Employee Relations Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Employee Relations Advisor and in coordination with the Employee Relations team of Investigators. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's/University degree.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience.

  • Experience in investigation support or related administrative work.

  • Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills.

  • Sound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential information.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management system.

  • Assist in the preparation of investigation plans.

  • Assist with updates to parties related to investigations, including Complainants, Human Resources, Ethics Office and Legal.

  • Gather and analyze data, which may include emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigation.

  • Participate in and take notes during investigative interviews with employees.

  • Assist with final investigative report writing.

  • Work closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of work.

  • May participate in project work as needed.
