Citigroup Business Analytics Group Manager in Tampa, Florida
The Business Analytics Group Manager position is an Individual Contributor role responsible for a number of activities in support of the Technology Services team mandate. Technology Services is responsible for implementing new versions of the My Audit business application used by Internal Audit (IA) as well as providing Helpdesk Support for My Audit and other IA systems. A key responsibility of this position is to ensure that any new functionality implemented in My Audit has taken into account the user experience and will allow users to be as efficient as possible using the system. The person in this role will also be involved to a lesser degree in Vendor and Financial management related to the application. In addition, the role includes a coordination aspect of governance and control activities across the three teams that make up Technology Services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IA staff to continuously improve the My Audit experience for new users. This includes reviewing and ensuring that all new My Audit enhancements have taken into account user experience and efficiency.
Point person for senior stakeholder updates, communications, and escalation assistance
Presentations – Develop presentation and content generation as needed such as BRCC slides
Vendor Management – Main point of contact for application vendor relationship
As part of this, help push the IA agenda within the vendor framework to ensure our specific needs are part of their Roadmap
Identify relevance of new features to strategic priorities
Financial Management
Contracts with application vendor
GFT financial activities
PTS Activities – Coordinate PTS related activities related to My Audit
Horizontal coordination across the 3 Technology Services teams – Operational, Strategic and Helpdesk, as applicable.
Provide oversight that applicable Governance Activities are being followed across the 3 Technology Services teams
Provide oversight that the Controls in place for the 3 Technology Services teams are operating effectively
Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent in Information Systems or Accounting/Information Systems
Experience in a related role with proven abilities in taking responsibility for concurrently executing a portfolio of high-quality deliverables to stakeholders according to strict timetables
At least 10 years business experience in a corporate environment
At least 3-4 years of Audit Experience preferred
Excellent writing skills
Experience developing and analyzing business requirements and functional requirements
Experience in developing system instructional documentation for users
This individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit staff and management.
Good understanding of the application System Development Life Cycle
Experience with a GRC Technology solution (e.g. MetricStream, OpenPages, etc.) would be an advantage
Education:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
