Citigroup Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst in Tampa, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their causes. Setup hardware and software application monitoring and alerting systems using ITRS, AppDynamics and ELK to monitor application health and business transactions. Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve or devise workarounds for user-facing and batch issues. Respond to incident tickets, perform impact analysis, identify code defects, and escalate issues for code level debugging and software fixes. Identify and address application performance bottlenecks and capacity issues. Use Ab Initio ETL tools, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting, Weblogic. Analyze issues and identify methods to prevent recurrence. Execute release deployments, technical checkouts, monitor alerts, and automate manual touch points. Collaborate to identify areas of potential alerts reduction including system/application health checks, business query reporting, performance delays and notifications. Automate builds, deployments and checkouts using Udeploy, TeamCity, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory and develop automated scripts for Continuous Integration and Delivery. Schedule and monitor batch jobs using Autosys. Collaborate to upgrade software/hardware infrastructure with security and vulnerability patches or hot fixes. Use UrbanCode Deploy. Participate in discussions for onboarding new business functionalities to assess technology infrastructure capabilities and scalability concerns. Conduct reviews of end-of-life or end-of-version support products. Coordinate and document Business and Development validations. Work with vendors to solve product related issues. Plan and request SSL certificate creations, renewal and upgrades for Production environment. Provide user assistance with data related queries and report requests. Review application issues and establish timeline to fix the defect based on business impact and priority assessment. Collaborate to address incidents deriving from infrastructure capacity and create corrective action plan. Conduct disaster recovery drills as part of onboarding. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Programmer Analyst, Technology Lead or related position involving Ab Initio ETL tools and analysis of system and program requirements. 6 years of experience must include: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting; Weblogic; Root cause analysis; Identifying code defects; Developing code per design specifications; Developing automated scripts; Unix shell scripting for automation; and Abinitio.
