Job Title: Vendor Onboarding and Compliance Specialist
Job Description
This role is responsible for onboarding and converting vendors from a company recently acquired by our client. The ideal candidate will identify process improvement opportunities, manage time efficiently to execute workload, and recognize situations requiring escalation.
Responsibilities
Collect and submit required insurance documentation from suppliers and vendors through a standardized outreach process.
Run reports through semi-automated processes to evaluate vendor/supplier insurance compliance status.
Review current system data for accuracy and update as needed.
Utilize systems for the creation and management of contracts.
Utilize vendor portals for trade partner setup and management.
Process requests from field partners and offices to change vendors/supplier hold status.
Process requests through Service Now to update vendor/supplier data.
Support the creation of new supplier/vendor agreements and review submitted documents for completeness.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 years of administrative experience
Spanish bilingual is a plus
Attention to detail and organization skills
Past experience managing vendor contracts
Experience collecting certificates of insurance
Work Environment
This role requires working onsite from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday,
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
