Job Title: Field Technician $22/hr and mileage reimbursement
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Field Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will follow all company safety and operational policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors. You will be responsible for installing CO2 gas detection systems and associated cabling, testing and troubleshooting network communication issues, and conducting thorough inspections of cable lines. You will ensure high-quality service to all customers and maintain proper operation of all equipment and tools. For quicker response email resume to (Kgraf@aerotek.com)
Responsibilities
Follow all company safety and operational policies, procedures, and directives from supervisors.
Maintain telephone communication with supervisors and/or dispatch to communicate timely ETAs and completion of calls/work.
Perform installations of CO2 gas detection systems and associated cabling.
Test and troubleshoot issues with network communication.
Conduct thorough inspections of cable lines to ensure the system is working correctly.
Pull, route, or label CAT5 or CAT6 cable, with the ability to use a ladder where necessary.
Communicate and collaborate with other members of the field service team to resolve complex issues.
Provide high-quality service to all customers.
Verify current inventory levels versus install schedule and communicate deficiencies with supervisors.
Maintain proper operation of all equipment, tools, ladders, etc.
Maintain sufficient inventory levels of all parts.
Provide daily communication to assigned supervisors.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
