Centene Corporation Director, REMS Administrator Operations - Remote in Tallahassee, Florida

Position Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) Administrator Programs. Responsibilities include training, support, and oversight of the REMS Call Center, Audits of Enrolled Entities, Client and FDA reporting, Client Relationship management and supporting Business Development efforts.
Leadership over REMS Administration operations team
Manage relationships with client leadership
Manage Call Center metrics and data capture/reporting
Support client program compliance by ensuring programs are operating according to REMS Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures
Provide required reporting to clients
Support Client responses to the FDA as applicable
Provide guidance to technology department for system enhancements and new implementations
Support business development efforts as a REMS Subject Matter Expert
Assist with updating or drafting policies and procedures
Perform special projects as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years REMS Administration management experience required
Pay Range: $136,000.00 - $251,300.00 per year
