IBM Indirect Category Sourcing Manager (CSM) in Taipei, Taiwan

Your role and responsibilities
Responsible primarily for MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operation) Category. However, this individual might need to support other categories such as Facilities Management and Facilities Services when necessary
Lead or participate in negotiations for contract extensions and renewals, renegotiation of prices, transfers, etc.
Prepare AR (Award Recommendation) file for contract creation and approval.
Incorporate savings targets and contract requirements into negotiations
Develop a sourcing strategy for suppliers in assigned categories
Create, negotiate, monitor and enforce agreement’s terms and conditions
Act as primary point of contact for assigned suppliers in category
Partner with the customer’s Global Procurement Team to drive Category Strategy
Partner with other IBM team members in other regions for Category Strategy
Collect and relay site specific priorities to suppliers
Lead in organizing and delivering on strategic supplier events, such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Supplier Evaluations, and Executive Review Meetings
Maintain relationships with Supplier’s Senior Executives
Required technical and professional expertise
5-7 years of sourcing experiences include strategic sourcing.
Working experience in Manufacture Industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and vendor management experience
Handles the ARIBA Catalogue renewal
Able to use excel file for data analysis (pivot table and data validation), or should cost analysis
Able to use SAP and ARIBA
Able to use PowerBI
Able to work independently and possess strong desire to learn
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
Character: Can work under high pressure. Willing to do attitude, quick learner.
