UL, LLC Associate Field HR Business Partner in Taipei, Taiwan
Supports HR initiatives locally by providing guidance on programs and ensuring local adoption.
Works collaboratively with colleagues to improve the employee experience.
Understands general local employment law concepts and work with HR colleagues to keep up to date on local trends impacting talent.
Assists in execution of local onboarding, offboarding, time & absence management, and pension plan administration.
Uses Oracle HR Cloud functions to manage person changes.
Provides guidance and interpretation of HR policies, procedures and processes to ensure local adoption and compliance. Supports audit, compliance and other HR related programs locally.
Identifies opportunities for developing new or revised human resources policies and procedures. Assists in developing and implementing programs using knowledge of organizational (enterprise and HR) goals and objectives.
University Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related discipline, plus generally 1-3 years of Human Resources administration or HR shared services experience.
Strong communication and client service skills with an ability to build confidence with customers and provide creative solutions.
Working knowledge of labor law as well as market knowledge with respect to employee relations, recruitment, compensation and performance management.
Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used business and HR software applications.
General knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and processes related to all functional areas of Human Resources.
Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
Basic project management skills with the ability to complete project deliverables accurately and on time.
