Microsoft Corporation Asia Unified Support Go-To-Market Manager in Taipei, Taiwan

As one of the Asia Unified Suport Go-To-Market Manager in the region, the candidate is responsible to provide leadership to teams across different areas / subsidiaries for a connected sales and marketing strategy on Microsoft Unified Support, a personalized and proactive approach to accelerate the value of customers' business-critical solutions and to help customers drive outcomes they need most.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as an advisor to both leadership and the field as a domain expert, leveraging deep product knowledge, organizational context, and market awareness to guide sellers.

  • Remains accountable for successful cross-organization execution for plans.

  • Drives the actual plan.

  • Lands overall strategy, drives alignment to that strategy, and helps ensure the plan is executed.

  • Leads, orchestrates, and optimizes resources across complex operating models and engines for effective business results.

  • Holds accountability for execution success.

  • Collaborate internally to position Microsoft products, solutions, and/or services against competitors.

  • Connects Microsoft priorities and strategies to local sales and marketing priorities.

  • Drives thought leadership and efforts for winning new audiences in the market, develops connections, and creates business development opportunities.

  • Works with teams to ensure that Microsoft can align capabilities and offerings to be ready to engage with the customer, accounting for customer eco-systems and needs in preparation for go to market.

  • Identifies gaps in workloads, collaborating with sales team and driving new business.

  • Directly interacts with the product team to take customer feedback on products and share information.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

OR equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization
