Description and Requirements
Need to have experience to lead the technical study
Extensive experience of leading a small group on technical studies.
Know the industry trend and could discuss the industry spec with MKT and customer
Understanding server liquid cooling design trend.
Fully aware of related industry specifications.
Fix complicate task and issue to co-work with extend team
Good at cross function, cross nationally communication.
Able resolve complicated tasked through team work.
Lead team to fix the multiple-field issues to clarify the root cause
Able to lead team in issue-resolving through thorough root cause analysis methodology.
