Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for supporting Program Manager(s) in various Global Leadership Development programs, including but not limited to Effective Manager, Accelerate, Elevate, Leader As Coach, and Manager Monday. This includes providing administrative support in training administration and maintenance of relevant HR programs and/or systems.

  • Coordinate training events including sending out welcome emails, training invites, follow up emails for relevant HR programs, support in the creation and distribution of training/completion certificates, create and collect training evaluation/feedback surveys

  • Oversee the development of training and feedback reports by updating accurate data bases, collecting relevant report data, and creating post-training reports

  • Communicate with external training provider to ensure technical assistance during training events

  • Provide technical support across all virtual webinars and other assigned processes

  • Utilize learning technologies (i.e., LMS and LXP) in administering training and learning solutions for Global Talent Development (GTD)

  • Update GTD database for any reporting and data keeping

  • Update program spreadsheets tracking attendance, etc.

  • Maintain training records including uploading of training materials in relevant HR systems.

  • Manage our program inboxes (Global Talent Development, Elevate etc.), BaseCamp and Teams channels.

  • Support the creation of courses in AECOM University

  • Order, track, and assign Psychometric assessments.

  • Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead/Program manager for timely resolution.

  • Maintain the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporate documentation updates as required.

  • Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures.

  • Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigation and resolution

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course or at least 3-4 years of relevant experience supporting administrative training functions in an outsourcing or shared services business model

  • Working knowledge and understanding of training administration standards and procedures

  • Experience using HR technologies, tools, and platforms

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools and Outlook packages
