R1 RCM Payroll Specialist - Contractual in Taguig City, Philippines
Summary of Responsibilities:
Final pay processing and validation
Timekeeping validation
Validation of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Annual Final Tax
Validation of maternity and sickness benefits
Updating Payroll Spreadsheets and trackers
Acquiring all necessary approvals to process final pay.
Other admin tasks given by the reporting line manager.
Required Qualifications:
With at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end payroll
Has experience supporting a span of 500 employees and above
To process end-to-end payroll (final output: Final pay
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with a team
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
Multitasking abilities
