The Associate Quality Systems Specialist will be a part of the Post Market Business Team responsible for complaint handling and Field Corrective Action

A Day in the Life

This role will support end-to-end process of product complaint information, working with internal stakeholders located in Japan and other countries.

Responsibilities

  • Complaint intake and Assessment

  • Translation to stakeholders (English - Japanese)

  • Customer Communication to record and handle complaints

  • Process the event within the complaint database as per instruction.

  • Field Corrective Action documentation

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must for this role

  • 2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates with learning agility and experience using MS Office will be considered

  • Able to communicate in both English and Japanese (N3 or above certification) as the role will require communication with stakeholders from Japan

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools – MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Share point, PDF

  • Ability to process data accurately and promptly per instruction
