Job Details Job Location Tacoma 1 - Tacoma, WA Position Type Full Time   Description ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES More specifically, it is the responsibility of the Warehouse Associate to: * Accurately and efficiently pick, pack and process customer orders and transfers: o Understand basic ERP system (P21) Order Entry and Transfer Entry functions o Use the ERP system and WWMS (Wireless Warehouse Management Solution) to accurately pick customer orders and transfers o Pack orders and transfers properly for shipping, with appropriate paperwork and labeling o Accurately prepare and ship orders using ERP system and UPS system, recording shipments properly and shipping using instructions from order o Perform all above tasks while meeting the company standards for safety and security * Accurately receive, put away and cycle count inventory: o Understand basic Purchase Order (PO) Entry function o Accurately record receipt of PO and transfer items in a timely fashion on the same day that it arrives o Process any problem shipments timely and accurately, communicating immediately with the proper departments o Accurately put stock away in a timely and quick manner in appropriate, assigned warehouse locations o Perform accurate and timely cycle counts based on branch commitment to 100% count 2X annually * Conduct yourself as a responsible Stellar employee and co-worker: o Understand Stellar's mission and vision o Always display a consistent positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment o Keep your work area clean and neat, free of safety hazards o Work as part of your team, supporting others in your department to meet our branch and company goals o Willingly help others in the company when called upon o Maintain personal responsibility for your actions o Maintain constant and clear communication with your manager on impediments to progress or suggestions for improvement opportunities Qualifications REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Proficient with MS Office * Must be able to learn and operate a forklift * Requires standing, stooping, reaching, walking, and sitting for continuous periods of time * Must be able to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis and up to 75lbs on occasion * Must be able to perform repetitive work with your hands and arms * Basic understanding of 5S strategies and ISO highly desired EXPERIENCE * Previous Warehouse related experience is desirable, but not required EDUCATION * High School diploma or equivalent.
