Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced event service bar as well as in Provide à la carte food and beverage service in an upscale environment to all guests.
possess the skill set to consistently and efficiently make a standard set of mixed drinks and specialty cocktails
able to properly pour beer and wine
operate a bar in an efficient manner without sacrificing quality and cleanliness
adhere to all food safety protocols and cleanliness standards dictated by New Jersey State law
full menu knowledge with the ability to describe and suggest food and beverage menu items
provide cocktail service
be able to take lunch and dinner orders from members/guests seated at the bar.
Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic, ability to work with a team, and an engaging personality.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills with which to maintain and build relationships with the members of the club.
Prior bartending experience is preferred.
Extensive knowledge of wine, liquor, and beer is recommended.
The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and to lift and carry 30lbs or more is necessary.
