We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in SQL to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Utilize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and sources.
Identify data discrepancies, anomalies, and inconsistencies through thorough data analysis.
Investigate root causes of data issues and propose solutions to address them effectively.
Participate in data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a technical environment.
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with data modeling concepts and database design principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred but not required.
